Lean Journey

     Mr. Chinmay Sukhatankar brought in a vision for his organization when he took the mantle in 1998. His desire to bring the victory of the human spirit to the forefront in all areas of the business led him to start his own personal journey of the Lean principles. To serve the customers in the best way possible and to remove all the wastages by bringing an enriching cultural experience at Amod Group is what this journey brings to the table. Since the past 20 years, the efforts to train the team by renowned domestic and international trainers have given a considerable edge to its workforce in catering to the best standards. Be it the SCORE ILO initiative program for fine tuning the Human Resources to improving Automation on the Shop Floor by using all the Quality Management Principles, Kanban systems for deliveries and having a dedicated Cost Control department to have the best service at a very affordable cost.
